The VHS CropMaster is a tractor-mounted conveyor unit with a hydraulically operated harvesting arm that can be operated at variable speeds. The Produce Holders are suitable for various round vegetables, such as cabbage, cauliflower and lettuce, but can also be interchanged with holders or baskets suitable for any type of vegetable.

The harvesting arm is hydraulically folded when in “road mode”, to suit legal road requirements. Options include a single 6m arm or 12m double arms.

CropMaster is compatible with the VHS Driverless System, meaning the tractor can be manoeuvred from outside the cab.

Custom variants can be designed and built to your specification.

VHS offers a range of harvesting trailers to assist with the transportation of fresh goods from the field to the processing warehouse. from flat bed to curtainsiders. The range can cater for 8 to 16 pallet capacity, with single or tandem axle configuration available.

The VHS Driverless System does exactly as the name suggests – it removes the driver from the cab whilst harvesting, allowing for an extra pair of hands in the field for more efficient productivity. Operated by a compact control panel comprising of shrouded push buttons, the system gives the operative the ability to control throttle speed and steer the vehicle outside of the cab, as well as multiple Emergency Stop buttons and a safety trip/pull cable.

Power to drive the system is taken from the tractor’s hydraulic steering pump to enable the vehicle to move forward and turn, and a throttle lever mounted on the control panel allows the vehicle to operate at variable speeds. The system can only be operated when in ‘Creeper’ gear.

The VHS TrayMaster is a tractor mounted platform which assists with the processing of tray-based produce in the field.

The arms of the system support the trays whilst the produce is being harvested, and a central stacking platform allows for efficient unloading.

This rig is available with a total arm spanning from 16m to 20m, and folds securely using hydraulic pumps ready for “road mode”.

TrayMaster is mounted by a 3-point link system, and can be easily detached from the tractor, allowing you to utilise the vehicle for other purposes.
